Jessica G. Nosworthy
Jessica brings more than a decade of firsthand yachting and shoreside management experience to Worthy. Her career progressed from mate and dive instructor through interior and purser roles before moving into yacht management. As a certified DPA and ISM Auditor, she combines operational knowledge, compliance expertise and a deeply personal approach to supporting Owners, Captains and crew.

Carmen Hooper
Carmen began her career racing yachts in South Africa before progressing through deck/stew, deckhand and bosun roles, then transitioning into the galley as a yacht chef. Her experience across deck, interior and galley gives her a practical understanding of life onboard and the personalities, skills and dynamics behind successful crew. South African-born and now based in Canada, she divides her time between private cheffing and recruitment, bringing an international perspective and strong industry connections to every placement.
Technical Manager & CO Founder
Jared Nosworthy
Raised in the coastal city of Port Elizabeth, South Africa, Jared developed an early connection to the ocean through swimming, scuba diving and freediving. After years in IT and qualifying as a dive instructor, he joined a sailboat in the Bahamas and began a yachting career that now spans nearly a decade. Jared holds his Y4 Engineering license and is working toward his 3rd Assistant Engineer Unlimited qualification. His engineering knowledge, systems mindset and hands-on experience bring calm, practical technical leadership to every vessel.
