After more than a decade onboard and years managing yachts ashore, founder Jessica Nosworthy saw the value of both worlds - the closeness and reliability of a boutique firm, and the structure and reach of a leading global yacht management company. Worthy brings those strengths together through personal oversight, clear communication and carefully selected specialist support.
