Worthy Management is a boutique yacht recruitment agency built on trust, discretion, and a deep understanding of life at sea. Founded by Jessica and Jared Nosworthy, the husband-and-wife team bring a combined 20 years of global yachting experience to every placement.
Jessica spent over a decade onboard luxury yachts around the world before transitioning into yacht management, where she has since earned a reputation for integrity, precision, and care. Jared, a seasoned Marine Engineer from South Africa, has spent his career maintaining and managing the technical heart of vessels—ensuring safety, performance, and reliability at every turn. Together, they represent both the operational and human sides of the industry.
