We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chief Officer to join a well-established private U.S.-flagged motor yacht program. This is a hands-on position suited to a true professional who thrives on responsibility, values structure, and enjoys an active cruising and fishing-focused itinerary.

Position Requirements
Master 200 GT or higher (insurance requirement)
Minimum of one year as Mate or First Officer on comparable-sized vessels
Confident watchkeeper with proven deck leadership capabilities
Strong tender driving and towing experience
Comfortable overseeing toys and watersports operations
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrates a true First Mate mindset (not a lead deckhand role)
Highly organized, proactive, and safety-driven
Prior experience with fishing programs and scuba is preferred
Confident operating tenders, chase boats, e-foils, and SeaBobs
Calm, clear communicator and dependable team player
Itinerary
Winter/Spring: Caribbean & Bahamas
Tournament Support: Bahamas & South Florida
Summer: New England
Fall: South Florida (yard period)
