Worthy Management is seeking a driven and hands-on Deckhand to join a busy dual-season private and charter yacht currently preparing to cross to the U.S. this fall. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to join a well-run, professional team that values collaboration, enthusiasm, and pride in presentation.
About the Role
You’ll work within an active deck team maintaining exterior standards to a high level and assisting with guest operations, tender runs, and watersports during trips. The program is run to exceptional standards yet maintains a fun, team-oriented culture onboard. The vessel will base in Florida ahead of a Thanksgiving trip before heading into a busy winter schedule.
Candidate Profile
We’re looking for a team player with a can-do attitude — someone who takes initiative, works well within a youthful crew, and enjoys an organized, positive onboard culture.
Languages: Fluent English (native preferred)
Preferred Nationalities: South African, Australian, or British (others considered)
Personality Fit: Hardworking, humble, and dependable with strong attention to detail
Other: Non-smoker; visible tattoos acceptable pending captain’s approval

Mandatory Requirements
STCW Basic Safety Training
Designated Security Duties (DSD)
Valid ENG1 (minimum 6 months validity)
B1/B2 visa in hand
Powerboat Level 2
PWC (Personal Watercraft)
Yachtmaster preferred
Bonus skills: fishing, diving, and watersports experience highly regarded.
