About the Role
Worthy management is seeking an experienced and professional Chief Stewardess for a 2015, 46m Italian-built vessel. The yacht is currently in transit from Europe en route to the Caribbean where they will have their first trip.
This is a new private program for a lovely family with prior yacht ownership experience.
The Chief Stewardess will play a pivotal role in setting the tone for service and interior operations onboard. Working closely with the Captain and newly formed crew, she will be responsible for establishing interior standards, creating structure, and delivering a warm, professional, and family-friendly service experience.
Program Overview:
Dual-season operation: East Coast of Florida, Bahamas, and Caribbean (winter) / Mediterranean & European cruising (summer).
Private use only: Non-charter program.
Package:
MLC-compliant contract.
Very competitive salary.

Requirements
Requirements:
Must be available immediately (or within the next 2 weeks)
Proven experience as Chief Stewardess (or strong Second Stew stepping up) on similar-sized vessels (40m+).
Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to build and train an interior team.
Strong service and housekeeping knowledge, including provisioning and guest service at the highest standard.
Professional, positive, and adaptable personality suited for a family program.
